James C. Endicott currently serves as CEO and President of Exact Wave, a leading provider of on-demand Postal Data and List Management solutions and Chairman of Gruvie.com, a leading internet social media aggregator. James oversees corporate management and strategic direction. As a founder of Exact Wave, James has successfully directed the company to over 500% growth in each of the first 5 years. In 2006, Exact Wave ranked #3 on the list of "Top 25 under 5". In 2007 & 2005, James was voted to the "40 under 40"(hottest and brightest business leaders under the age of 40). Exact Wave was also recognized as a top "Emerging Elite" company by MounatainWest Capital.
Prior to Exact Wave, James worked as a strategic Internet marketing consultant.
James is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for building companies. He has built numerous startups and understands the process of growing a successful organization. Previously, James founded and served as CEO of Millennium Quest, A software consulting company which was acquired in 1999.
James holds an M.B.A. from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
