Biography:
Travis Cook is currently an owner and co-founder of SolutionStream, a software development firm located in Utah. SolutionStream has been providing technical services since 1998 and has been the main designer/developer of many well known sites such as www.franklincovey.com, www.logoworks.com, and www.everysinglehome.com. SolutionStream has also built applications for Altiris, Xango, Nutraceutical, Northrup Grumman and more.
After working in several large Information Technology departments, Mr. Cook saw a definite problem: software projects were missing time and financial estimates by 100% or more. SolutionStream was founded to provide a successful process for designing, developing and delivering software and web sites. Over the past years, SolutionStream has enjoyed solid growth, happy customers, an extremely talented development team, and many referrals.
His entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to start an automobile dealership and a commerical property holding company. Mr. Cook graduated with a BS from Brigham Young Univeristy and an MBA from the University of Utah. Mr. Cook resides in Alpine, Utah with his wife Ashlee and their four children. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, traveling and a lot of racquetball.
