Biography:

Robert King was the special envoy for North Korean Human Rights Issues with the rank of Ambassador at the Department of State. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from BYU and his PhD in international relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Kay and Bob have three children and eleven grandchildren.
