Biography:
Scott St. Clair has more than twenty years of progressive experience as a finance and operations executive and consultant. He currently is the CFO for Sound United. Previously, he was the chief of staff on the executive leadership team for Nutraceutical International Corporation, which was acquired by HGGC in 2017. Scott was also a private equity operating consultant with Golden Gate Capital where assignments included Clover Technologies Group, Atrium Corporation (CEO/president), and Neways International (CEO/CFO). He joined HGGC to assist with certain diligence matters and management projects with respect to current and prospective HGGC portfolio companies. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree and his MAcc from BYU. He enjoys coaching youth athletics and spending time in the mountains. Scott has four children.
