Notification is sent to all applicants whether they are awarded a scholarship or not. Information regarding how to log in to the online notification page will be sent to you via email. Notification for Spring 2012/Summer 2012 will occur mid-April.
Notification for Fall 2012/Winter 2013 will occur mid-May.

You can apply for ALL Marriott School scholarships using this application. However, you will only be considered for the scholarships for which you qualify.
What scholarships are available?
Privately FundedPrivately funded scholarships are available for undergraduate and graduate Marriott School students. The following criteria will be considered: GPA, need, service, leadership, nationality, hometown, major, dependent children, ethnicity, etc.Single-ParentThe Marriott School has several scholarships specifically donated by the Spouse Association of the Marriott School's National Advisory Council to help single-parent undergraduate and graduate students with educational expenses.EntrepreneurshipThe Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology (CET) sponsors scholarships for students who have demonstrated an interest in and aptitude for entrepreneurship. The following criteria may be considered: GPA; financial need; major, minor, and/or emphases; courses taken in entrepreneurship; businesses you have created or are creating; involvement in entrepreneurial clubs and/or associations; and participation in programs and activities sponsored by the CET.E-BusinessE-business scholarships are awarded to students who are likely to pursue careers associated with e-business. Likelihood is determined based on a student’s work and volunteer experience related to e-business as well as classes a student has taken.Institute of MarketingMarketing scholarships are available for students who have demonstrated an interest in and aptitude for marketingProgram SpecificProgram-specific scholarships are awarded to qualified students in each of the following programs: undergraduate management, accounting, information systems, MBA, MPA, MAcc, and MISM.Paul Morris Marriott Business Management ScholarshipThe scholarship, which includes tuition and books, is available to undergraduates in the Marriott School of Management. This scholarship is not awarded based on academic excellence. Two essays (limit 250 words each) will be required, including information about work experience and service involvement during high school and college.Management SocietyScholarships sponsored by various chapters of the Management Society around the country. Recipients must be from the chapter location, so please make certain that your hometown location is correct on the Personal Information page of the scholarship application. |
Who should apply?
- Full-time undergraduate students officially admitted to the Marriott School.
- Full-time undergraduate pre-management or transfer students planning to be admitted to the Marriott School. However, scholarships will NOT be awarded until you are officially admitted.
- All MACC, MISM, 2nd Year MBA, MPA, and EMPA students.
- Students applying for Single Parent Scholarship.
Who should not apply?
- Part-time students may not apply. You MUST be a full-time student. University policy states that undergraduates must carry 14 hours to be eligible for scholarship assistance in fall/winter; Marriott School graduate students must carry 12 credit hours to be eligible. For spring/summer terms undergraduates must carry 6 hours, and graduates must carry 4.5 hours.
- Students minoring in business management.
- EMBA students may not apply.
- All 1st Year MBA students. Please see http://marriottschool.byu.edu/mba/admissions/scholarships.
- CIS recipients.
