Everyone has different ambitions in life. Some grow up wanting to become a fireman; others desire to become a doctor. For me I've always dreamed of becoming a military officer. I see the Army ROTC as the very catalyst that will transform my dreams into reality. However, any dream worth living is not without its challenges. I understand that the road from cadet to officer will be hard work. It will also require commit and dedication, but such is the case for every career path one embarks on. The Army ROTC is not any different. I understand I will incur a commit for a period of time upon graduation, but I also see it as a chance for me to live my dream in becoming a military officer. Also I expect to gain job experience from the army in my chosen field of study. I've chosen finances as my major, and I expect the Army to grant me work experience in one of its many organizations utilizing my major.
