Students Walking OutsideHow to Recruit

Post a Job or Internship

Posting opportunities with the Career Center is easy. Simply provide us with a job description and answer a few questions, then you’re on your way. With incoming job postings, we request information regarding applicant qualifications, citizenship requirements, dates/deadlines, and whether interviews will be held on or off campus. All of these questions can be handled right over the phone.

e-Recruiting

Depending on your specifications, we may post your opportunity on the web-based system eRecruiting. The system allows you to view student resumes, post job descriptions, add contact information, update employer information, provide instant interview decisions, and view interview schedules online.

If we post your position on eRecruiting, we will provide you with a username and password to help you manage the process online. However, if you would rather not assume responsibility for managing the process online, we are happy to take care of it for you.

Direct Email

If you choose not to use eRecruiting, you may simply email your opportunity posting to the career center. Positions posted through this link will be routed to the appropriate career management center staff member, who will distribute the posting to the targeted student populations you specify. This option is used almost exclusively for employers who are looking for a very targeted audience
