Here is the information on our February 2007 activities on the Island of Maui. The Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa is working with us to provide a truly memorable occasion. To join us please do the following:

• Go online and look at the resort amenities http://grandwailea.com/default.asp
• Send me an email to lindarich@byu.edu to RSVP with the words “accept” or “regret”. This will serve as our notification of your intent so we know whether or send you more info about the February 2007 gathering. We have given you the option of sending word to us by filling out the reply form and mailing it in the envelope we have enclosed instead of an email.
• Purchase the airline tickets of your choice (most will arrive by 2/3/07 and leave by 2/10/07) These airlines fly direct from mainland to Maui: America West, US Airways, American, ATA, Continental, Delta, Hawaiian and Northwest.
• Reserve your rooms at 1-800-888-6100 under the name “Brigham Young University Center for Entrepreneurship group” at the Grand Wailea Resort

In order to assign individuals to specific rooms, room reservations will be required. You will need to phone in your reservation requests to the following number: 800-888-6100. It is important that each of you contact the resort by December 15, 2006 and identify yourselves as part of The Brigham Young University Center for Entrepreneurship group, and provide them with guest names, home or business address, email address, requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, or suites), check-in and check-out dates, preference for non-smoking room. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. The Resort does not confirm reservations to the individual in writing. February 2nd, check in and January 10th, check out (or whenever your travel plans coordinate).

In addition to the rates set forth above, there will be a daily resort fee of $20.00 (taxable) per room, per night. Also, the following porterage and housekeeping service fees will be added to the room rate:
