This course focuses on the key issues faced by entrepreneurs in new ventures and small businesses; taught in five modules: Strategy Formulation, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Practical Issues; involves lecture discussions, guest lectures by a variety of entrepreneurs and interactive case discussions with the entrepreneurs involved in the case.
