Why recruit at BYU?
OBHR students learn the field of human resources and change management
and then couple it with the curriculum of the MBA program. This
combination of learning and preparation makes for a well-rounded
business professional.
What sets BYU students apart?
The Wall Street Journal recently performed a survey of over 2,100
recruiters and ranked the Marriott School 26th in the world. The
school received exceptionally high marks in ethics as it was ranked
2nd in the new 'Emphasis on Ethics' category. The school was also
ranked 3rd as a hidden gem for schools that "don't receive
the attention they deserve."
Marriott School students offer a broad range of experience. Over
69% of students have lived overseas, and 80% of students are bilingual.
With the average work experience totaling 3.09 years, students have
professional experience ranging from design engineering and advertising
to manufacturing and entrepreneurial ventures.
