Text Box: Our Mission: The BYU chapter of SHRM connects undergraduate and graduate Marriott School students with the local and national HR professional community.  Not only do you get access to online HR resources and the HR Magazine, you get the chance to network with and learn from amazing professionals in the area.  The club also sponsors activities and events to bring you together and have fun!!
SHRM serves the needs of the human resource management professional by providing the most essential and comprehensive set of resources available. SHRM is committed to advancing the human resource profession and the capabilities of all human resource professionals to ensure that HR is an essential and effective partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.

BYU OB/HR Conference

You are cordially invited to:  "Leading Change in the Knowledge Economy," the upcoming BYU Organizational Behavior/Human Resources conference held 2-4 April in Aspen Grove, Utah.

We will have a variety of sessions on organizational change, global human resources, teams, leadership and change, organizational learning, managing in the knowledge economy, and so forth.  Speakers include Stephen R. Covey, Dave Ulrich, Kerry Patterson, Karen Vander Linde, Paul Gustavson, Bronco Mendenhall, Marriott School faculty, and many more.
