Glen Andersen -- President

Glen received a Bachelor Degrees in Business with an Information Systems emphasis from BYU in 1998. For 5 years prior to beginning the MBA program at BYU, he worked for Novell Inc. as a Team Leader and support engineer. Glen is focusing on Supply Chain, Operations Management, and Product Development within the MBA program.

Aaron Crosby -- Vice President Logistics & Web Hosting

Aaron received his BS degree from BYU-Hawaii in 1997 in International Business Management. Prior to starting the MBA program he worked for United Airlines in San Francisco as an Operations Supervisor. Aaron is focusing on logistics and process improvement while pursuing his MBA.

Dennis Gammon -- Vice President Career Services & Communications

Dennis earned a BS in Chemistry and Russian minor from BYU in 2000. He then spent three years working as a software developer and applications consultant first at TenFold Corporation, then at Allstate Insurance. Dennis’s 2004 internship project at Schneider National in Green Bay, Wisconsin involved improving the governance of Schneider’s IT budget (and practicing his truck-driving skills on the side). Post-graduation, Dennis plans to relocate to the Midwest.

Prof. William Sawaya -- Faculty Advisor

William J. Sawaya received his M.S.E and Ph.D. in industrial engineering with an emphasis in operations research from Arizona State University. He has worked for AT&T in Long-Range corporate planning, as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Product Development for Daw Technologies Inc. and in many consulting projects in Operations Management. His research is in production and quality systems as well as human resource / operations interface. He has published several articles in these areas. He has been the recipient of the outstanding Teacher award from the MBA department at Brigham Young University and Outstanding Colleague from the Institute of Business Management also at BYU.
