Action Fair

The Action Fair is a great way for organizations to display their achievements and network with conference participants. The Action Fair is held throughout the entire ESR Conference in the networking and lunch room (3228 WSC).

Details

There are a limited number of spaces that will be given on a first come, first served basis. All the tables provided are 6 feet in length and approximately 3 feet in width. We will also provide an easel, a skirt to drape over the table, and a folding divider to place behind which is 8 feet tall and approximately 11 feet long which you can drape or hang things on (it is not stiff enough to support items with pins.)

Action fair participants will also need to register for the conference if they want to attend other conference events.

Prices

These are the available options for an Action Fair table:

Table Options (choose one)

• Full Table - Full table, easel, skirt, and divider for $25
• Half Table - Half table, easel, skirt, and divider for $15
• * Tables are free for sponsoring organizations of the Economic Self-Reliance Student Association

Additional TV/VCR Options (optional addition to your table choice)

• TV/VCR On Cart - TV and VCR combo on a cart $35

Setup

Action Fair groups can start setting up their table on Thursday morning at 7am. All tables will need to be taken down by 5pm on Friday.

If you are interested in participating in the Action Fair, please choose from the payment options above and either send:

• a check (made out to: BYU Center for Economic Self-Reliance / Action Fair)
• or credit card information (Name, Card Number, Expiration Date, Amount)
