Biography:

• Redirected (rather than retired) in 1999 after 30 years with a non-profit employer. The last 15 years directing philanthropic fund-raising.
• Prior to the non-profit sector experience, many years in banking, the business sector. And before that, in government, the government sector.
• President of DRD Mentors - Helping People Help Themselves; that they may, in turn, help others. Providing personal coaching to strengthen LEADERSHIP, PHILANTHROPIC, and RELATIONSHIP - enhancing behaviors.
• Love people. Love family. Believe in human potential. Involved with family and numerous life saving and changing causes.
• Degrees from Weber State College and University of Utah. Former Certified Fund-Raising Executive. Missionary in Finland.
• Married to Sandra N. Dredge, attorney at law. Three gown children.
• Prefer being referred to as coach, teacher, Ross, Sandra's husband, or Jenni's, Dave's, Jim's dad - rather than by organizational titles or Mr. Dredge.
