Biography:
Masters of Public Administration, BYU. Became involved in micro-enterprise/humanitarian aid through my current assignment. I have traveled extensively in Latin America and the Philippines, and in parts of Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, encouraging the use of micro-enterprise development resources. I have over 20 years experience in LDSERS, having served as an Employment Resource Center Manager in Dallas, Texas, and 12 years in my current assignment.
The mission of LDSERS is to help individuals become career self-reliant through employment, education and self-employment. We partner with micro-enterprise development organizations throughout the world, encouraging people to utilize their wonderful resources. We currently operate over 200 employment centers in 30 countries, where we interview and refer individuals to employers, government and private vocational training and self-employment assistance organizations.
I currently provide technical support to employment centers throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America.
I am a proud owner of a successful micro-enterprise called www.UtahStuff.com, where we sell quality Utah products and gifts over the Internet.
