“Microenterprise & Spiritual Transformation: Lessons from Opportunity International”

Presentation Abstract:
This presentation will cover Opportunity International’s experience with various tools, both quantitative and qualitative, for measuring spiritual transformation among microenterprise clients. Particular emphasis will be on case study findings from Sinapi Aba Trust, Opportunity's partner organization in Ghana.

Biography:
Suzy Salib-Bauer works for the Opportunity International Network as a senior technical analyst for client research. In that role she provides training and technical assistance to Opportunity Partners on client impact assessment and monitoring tools. Currently she is overseeing development of a Network-wide impact monitoring system for all Opportunity Partners. Suzy has also served as a member of SEEP's Client Impact Working Group and Poverty Assessment Working Group, as well as a coordinator for the SEEP Participatory Learning Program in Client Assessment. She is also a past presenter at the SEEP annual general meeting and the Asia Regional Microcredit Summit, and is delighted to be here today.
