Biography:
After graduating from BYU with a degree in Accounting, Ed led a distinguished career in accounting and financial assistance to various industries. As an accountant for almost 30 years, Ed has spent most of his professional career at Ernst &Young. During that time, Ed counseled clients in structuring acquisitions and divestitures, advised on development of strategic plans, and directed and supervised audits of client financial statements. Since January 1992, Ed has been a general partner of Trouver, an investment banking and financial consulting partnership located in L.A., California and Provo, Utah. Currently, Ed serves on the Board of Directors of LTC Properties, Inc, a NYSE real estate investment trust, and Invisa, Inc, a safety and security technology products company.
