Article Submission
Since ESR Review is a practitioner-oriented journal, we welcome article proposals dealing with various aspects of self-reliance from thoughtful practitioners, researchers, and donors. At this time we have all the necessary articles until 2009. In 2009 we will once again be accepting proposals.
