William G. Dyer Distinguished Alumni Award
Brad Taylor, VP of HR, General Mills Canada
Brad Taylor is vice-president of human resources for General Mills. During his twenty-eight year career with General Mills, Taylor has worked internationally in Seoul, Mumbai and, Geneva and is currently in Toronto. A particular area of passion for Taylor has been fostering a culture of innovation in the workplace. A loyal BYU alumnus, Taylor earned both a BS in organizational psychology and an MBA with an emphasis in OBHR from BYU.
Ascendant Leader Award
Shiloh Roan, Senior Manager, Global Human Capital and Knowledge Service, PwC, People and Change
Shiloh Roan joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006, and as a consultant, she has skillfully led change management, communications, talent management, and learning initiatives for more than fifteen Fortune 500 companies and government clients. She has led global talent management, project management, and stakeholder support activities for worldwide organizational change initiatives. She holds a BA in communications and an MBA from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in organizational behavior.
