Marriott School Field Studies
The Field Studies program is the consulting arm of Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management-an internationally ranked business school. The program marshals the school’s resources to solve problems and identify new opportunities for a wide variety of organizations.
Initiating a Marriott School field study for your organization can be an excellent way to outsource work for high quality, affordable, customized solutions to your business problems.
Students
Students work under the direction and mentoring of faculty advisors with specialized research or business experience related to the problem or opportunity being addressed. Field Studies teams can tackle projects in various business disciplines. Marriott School Field Studies projects enable companies to seize opportunities and solve existing issues through low-cost, faculty-mentored research drawn from the school’s extensive resources.
Additional Benefits
A Marriott School Field Study offers several advantages in addition to providing high quality consulting at a low cost. It’s a change to extend your resources to explore strategic initiatives and expand business horizons. A Field Study opens the door to a partnership with the Marriott School, gives you access to cutting-edge business research, and allows you to become familiar with a reservoir of talented students.
Marriott School Resources
In addition to the resources provided by Marriott School faculty, the Field Studies program draws upon the school’s center and institutes for expertise in entrepreneurship, e-business, global management, marketing, and financial services. Field Studies teams are also prepared to tap into the extensive resources of other university colleges, as well as an extensive network of alumni and friends of the university throughout world, to develop the best solution for your organization.
