Information Systems Program
The information systems program teaches students the most current concepts and tools for
state-of-the-art software development, including object-oriented design. Information systems
experts also require in-depth understanding of how to design and build databases and how to
use the newest database management systems. The third major area of knowledge involves data
communication, networks, and security. The information systems program teaches students how
to configure and administer secure networks and web-based enterprise systems.
