The academic purpose of this center is to focus on best business practices in the development and
training of individuals, families, and organizations to help alleviate poverty and promote economic
self-reliance. This new center furthers knowledge and understanding in fields directly related to
economic self-reliance such as business formation, management, corporate citizenship, and policy
creation.Your gift will help fund poverty and microfinance research and involve students in global economic development projects.
