Lee H. RadebaughExecutive DirectorProfessor Radebaugh is the KPMG Professor and Director of the Kay and Yvonne Whitmore Global Management Center at Brigham Young University. He received his DBA and MBA from Indiana University and his B.S. in Accounting from BYU. He taught at Pennsylvania State University and was a visiting professor at Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados (ESAN) in Lima, Peru, and at Glasgow University. He served as President of the Brazil Porto Alegre South Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2000 to 2003. He is the co-author of several books on international business and serves as the editor of the Journal of International Accounting Research. In 1998, he was named the “Outstanding International Educator” of the International Section of the AAA and “International Person of the Year” by the World Trade Association of Utah. He was elected to the Fellows of the Academy of International Business in 1990. |
Cynthia Saldanha HallidayManaging DirectorCynthia Saldanha Halliday joined the Marriott School administration as managing director of the Global Management Center and steering committee member for International Management Society chapters on January 3, 2005. Prior to coming to Brigham Young University, Cynthia spent four years in marketing with Nestlé USA in Ohio, managing the Stouffer’s Dinners and the Stouffer’s U.S. Hispanic Initiative. Prior to moving to Ohio, Cynthia worked as brand manager for Nutraceutical Corporation, where she was responsible for the Solaray Herbs line. Other work experiences include Nestlé México, IFF Brazil and Novell USA (Latin America Division). Cynthia is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; she earned her MBA from the Marriott School in 1999 and a BA in food engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil. Cynthia is married to Paul E. Halliday. |
Sherstin CreamerProgram CoordinatorSherstin has a Masters degree in Professional Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Communication and Corporate Consulting and a Bachelors degree in Public Relations from Southern Utah University. Sherstin joined the Marriott School of Management in the Fall of 2007. She focused on faculty related projects before transitioning to managing the center’s international experience programs for students. Prior to coming to Brigham Young University, Sherstin worked with i-to-i Ireland as the Public Relations Coordinator. She also spent a year working as the Event Coordinator for Southern Utah University’s Alumni Relations. |
