Before going to Provo I was looking for something to boost my career, exposing myself to a broad range of management/business topics and at the same time to giving me and my family the experience of living abroad. Marriott School delivered in each of these objectives.

My best experiences were participating in small groups where local US students and international students could work together in solving complex business problems. I made great friendships. I learned from others and I felt I have made a contribution too.
Words of advice for prospective CIS students…
Make sure that an MBA at BYU fits your career and personal objectives. It's a lot of effort and resources that you are going to spend. Once you come to the conclusion that an MBA is what you need, go ahead, Marriott School is certainly one of the best places in the world to do it. If you are an international student remember that adjusting to the new environment may be tough but is a rewarding experiences. Most of the international students, after some time, fit really well in the program and make meaningful contribution.
