Fall 2007 Admission Calendar

  • All application materials (including test scores) must be submitted to BYU by 5:00pm MST of the respective deadline to receive a decision by the notification date.
  • Applications are reviewed and decisions given on a rolling basis. Early submission of applications is strongly encouraged.

International applicants are strongly encouraged to submit applications by January 15. International application materials (including test scores) will be accepted until March 1, 2008; however, materials submitted after the January 15 deadline are accepted based on room in the program. There is no guarantee room will be available through March 1.

*Applications Placed on HOLD
Applications may be placed on “hold” at any time during the admission process. This happens if the decision on the application is not a clear admit or deny decision and the admissions committee would like to compare the application to others submitted later in the process. Applicants on hold will be notified of their status by email as their applications are reviewed. Final decisions on hold applications will be made by May 15, 2007.

Proficiency Exams
All admitted applicants are required to pass proficiency exams in Accounting and Statistics by July 1, 2008. Please see details about this requirement on the proficiency exams page.
