William G. Dyer Institute for Leading Organizational Change
Are some organizational change practices more ethical than others? How do the
realities of business decisions shape a leader's ethical choices in implementing
change?
We invite you to join a pre-conference workshop that will:
- examine the integration of ethical behavior in the real-world business context
of strategy implementation and organizational change
- provide opportunity to discuss challenges and viewpoints introduced by Marriott
School faculty and other participating managers
