Impact on career |
| While I was in the program our company grew from a small start-up to a substantial-sized business. The BYU EMBA program helped me know what to do as we were growing so rapidly to ensure we were taking care of each individual department. |
Life balance |
The EMBA program is a good option for anyone who is on a good career path already. Enrolling in the MBA daytime curriculum is best when you are stuck in a rut or want a career change. The EMBA program, however, was better for me because I didn't have to give up two years of income, and I advanced my education while taking my career to the next level. BYU is also extremely cost effective and close to my home, which made it easier on my family.
When I was going into it I took a deep breath and jumped in headfirst, assuming it was going to be rough, but it was absolutely doable once I figured out a balance. Everyone can create a schedule that adapts and works for their unique needs.

Why BYU |
| The education I got from BYU was top notch. After interviewing at other schools and attending some classes, I noticed that BYU's program is very practical and hands on. Once I got into the rhythm of the program with work, school, and family, I got used to it and found a great balance. |
