While BYU has no formal rules which detail the timeline on which offers should be extended and subsequently accepted or declined, there are certainly guidelines that may help you make an informed decision. Contact a staff member at the Career Center for specific details. Our most recent salary and compensation data can be accessed here.

Note: BYU's winter semester ends mid- to late April, so our students are available for full-time jobs and internships earlier than most other college students.

FULL-TIME Offers

To be competitive, companies should extend an offer within four to six weeks of MBA students departure from internships. Please allow students some time to make their decision about the job offer.
