Tanner Atrium

Information Session

On-campus presentations are excellent opportunities for you to meet students interested in your organization. Presentations are most effective when held two to four weeks before formal recruiting interviews. Typical presentations are hosted in the early evening with a formal presentation lasting approximately 40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of Q&A. Students and recruiters then mingle. On-campus presentations are typically held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday evenings. While start times may vary, the standard is to start at 6:00 p.m. Presentations are usually held in conference rooms or classrooms inside the Tanner Building.

There is no charge for room rental, but companies often choose to provide beverages and light snacks to participants.

Before advertising your event to students, a Career Center Staff member will reserve a location for you, request your audiovisual needs, help you select a menu, and confirm with you the target audience. You will also review together the types of advertising you would like to employ. If you would like to ship materials to the school for availability before or during your presentation, please discuss this with a staff member.

For MBA students, we can longer schedule presentations for more than one organization per targeted MBA track, per night.
