ESR Model
The goal of the ESR Network is to create an ESR model that describes the characteristics that individuals and families must have in order to become economically self-reliant. By utilizing this model practitioners can assess what ESR characteristics a family has and which ESR characteristics they lack. The practitioner can then help the family to work with known interventions that build or provide the lacking characteristics.
