Bill Crim and Ann Campbell, from Utah Saves, will talk about a new statewide initiative to promote financial literacy and address the growing problem of bankruptcy, mortgage default, etc. which is impacting many families in our state. As the former director of Utah Issues, Bill Crim has extensive knowledge about poverty in Utah. Ann Campbell works at the United Way in Salt Lake City. They are coordinating the efforts of a number of organizations who are members of Utah Saves to promote economic self reliance through a variety of strategies.
