Care For Life, an NGO working in Mozambique has established a Family Preservation Program to assist in the creation of "permanency" in households that are considered the poorest of the poor. They have established a working model and definition of permanency by developing a set of indicators to determine the level of family well-being and self-sufficieny. Sylvia Finlayson, Executive Director of CFL will be the presenter.
