CESR Grants Further Center's Mission
CESR is pleased to announce that we will be expanding our grant offerings to faculty and students. Previously only a minimal amount of grants have been offered. However, CESR is now offering their grants to all students and faculty for various efforts that carry out CESR's mission. In order to receive a grant a variety of variables will be considered, including: alignment with CESR's mission, research agenda support, learning component, output, action/applied research, leveragability, and existing relationships. more
Yehu Microfinance Allows Members to Reach Beyond Poverty
Yehu Microfinance, a microcredit institution run by and for rural Kenyan villagers, provides opportunities to members that have only been a dream for most. The organization, which employs all native Kenyans, allows those in poverty-stricken conditions to utilize Yehu's loan system to start or expand small businesses and become economically self-reliant. more
