Biography:
Scott was the executive director of the Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology in the Marriott School of Business at BYU from 2017 to 2020 and managing director from 2010 to 2015. Scott is also the Founder and Executive Chairman of Omadi, a cloud based, mobile platform for field services management that currently serves the towing, transportation, and insurance industries. Scott has founded or co-founded 6 other companies (harvesting four) and currently has significant ownership stakes in several other businesses. He served for 20 years on the board of Mentors International, a micro lending and mentoring organization with foundations in the Philippines, Africa, South America, the Dominican Republic, and Nepal. Scott and his wife, Marilyn, have 5 children and 17 grandchildren.
