Biography:

Dbrav has over 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting focused on working with business organizations to develop technology that supports their strategy. He has driven organizational change through strategy, planning, and process improvement projects as well as technology solutions.

Dbrav Started the Houston office at Pariveda Solutions 9 years ago building the office to over 60 consultants and working with a diverse set of industries delivering a broad range of solutions. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for Pariveda Solutions

Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Dunkley was a principal founder and COO at ThoughtFarm Business and Technology Advisors, specializing in the delivery of eCommerce solutions directed at Sales and Marketing organizations. Prior to ThoughtFarm, he worked for Andersen Consulting and started his career with PriceWaterhouse.

Current Position and Purpose

The mission and purpose of the company is to develop, manage and apply talent for the benefit of clients, in partnership and for profit. Pariveda develops the individual on their own timetable and independent of their peers. Mr. Dunkley’s role is to work with the leadership of offices in the central region to grow business and develop talent to meet the needs of our client base. He has led the development of the long-term strategy for developing a Pariveda office. Pariveda is unique in its approach to developing business and people in the market. In this role, he helps to guide and develop offices through the stages of growth using this strategic approach.

Leadership Reporting Relationships:

• Directly reports to Chief Operations Officer
• Direct reports are two office managing VPs with local management teams leading an organization of 180 consultants.

Education

Dbrav graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in international studies in 1990 and from Baylor University with an MBA focused on information systems in 1992.

Family

Dbrav is married to Brenda Call Dunkley and they have 5 children two boys and 3 girls. Brenda speaks Fluent Spanish, served a mission to Barcelona Spain and graduated from BYU. Brenda’s passion for service has led our family to work regularly with several orphanages in Mexico providing an invaluable perspective for our children. Brenda also regularly volunteers with “Medico” a nonprofit that coordinates a team of doctors that travel to Honduras to provide free health care services for remote villages. Our family enjoys spending time together traveling and watching home movies.
