Biography:

Young Hong is managing member and founder of Strategic Property Associates (SPA). SPA’s four hundred employees serve as commercial real estate advisors to most of the major financial institutions involved with CRE in the country. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in finance from BYU. Young is currently serving as his ward’s employment specialist, and he enjoys road racing motorcycles, collecting classic cars, traveling, skiing, wake surfing, and fly fishing. His favorite pastime is playing with his grandchildren. Young and Sharon have three children.
