Scott provides general management and marketing leadership for a ~$1 billion portfolio of U.S. snack bars, including Nature Valley and the Big G Cereal Treat Bar line (Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese's Puffs, etc.). He has worked in brand management at General Mills since 2003, marketing Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Betty Crocker desserts, Yoplait yogurt, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. He also led marketing for the Asia, Middle East, Africa region of the General Mills - Nestle joint-venture, Cereal Partners, living in Dubai and Manila.

Scott received a BA in English from BYU in 1999 and an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 2003. He and his wife Carey (BYU '97) have 4 kids and live in Minnesota.
