Biography:
Curtis is a Managing Partner at Careers Launch Talent Group. He is a talent search consultant with 20 years of experience building and boosting the performance of executives, teams and organizations. He is a trusted advisor to leaders in several organizations. His practical approach to leadership selection and acquisition has been shaped over several years of hands-on work with great organizations.
Prior to founding Careers Launch, Curtis was the SVP and Chief HR Officer at Foster Farms. He was instrumental in developing a growth and success culture as well as developing the leadership and talent functions. Prior to Foster Farms, Curtis spent 15 years at Honeywell International. Most recently serving as the VP HR for Commercial Aerospace. Since joining Honeywell in 2003, Curtis served in various Human Resource roles including Supply Chain, Strategy and Planning, Quality and Engineering and Technology. Curtis worked in each Honeywell business unit as well as corporate and spent a few years abroad as the head of HR for EMEA.
He earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science, Applied Economics degree from Idaho State University.
Mesa, Arizona is home for Curtis along with his wife and six children. Curtis is a member of the Mendota Mdewakanton Dakota community. He serves as a board director for Ascend Staffing Services, Aero Federal Credit Union, Auto House, and the Marriott School of Management Board. His affiliates include World of Work, OD Network, HR Planning Society, and the Native American Bar Association.
