Biography:
Jason Christensen spent over 20 years of his professional career in the security and home automation industry. In 2000 he founded NorthStar Alarm and served as its CEO until early 2019. He oversaw the company’s growth from startup to over 60,000 active customers in 30 states nationwide, one of the largest residential security providers in the nation. Jason received his bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1996 from Brigham Young University, graduating with summa cum laude honors. He also received his MBA from BYU in 2005. Currently, Jason is an adjunct professor at BYU. Jason and his wife Meradith have four daughters and welcomed their fifth child, a baby boy, in 2017.
