Clayton M. Christensen is the Kim B. Clark Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from BYU; an MPhil in economics from Oxford University, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar; and MBA and DBA degrees from Harvard Business School. His book, The Innovator’s Dilemma, received the 1998 Global Business Book Award. He has won the McKinsey Award, given annually to the author of the best articles published in the Harvard Business Review, five times. He serves as a consultant to management teams of many of the world’s leading corporations. Clayton and Christine have five children.
