Biography:

Bret Clayton is a retired group executive with Rio Tinto where he served on the executive committee for seven years. Bret worked for Rio Tinto for twenty years where he was the chief executive for Rio Tinto’s global copper and diamond operations and its US coal operations, CFO of iron ore operations, and a group executive with responsibility for all shared services. Prior to joining Rio Tinto, he was with PwC for nine years. Bret served as a member of the board of directors of Boart Longyear and was the chairman of the audit committee. He served as president of the Georgia Atlanta Mission. Bret earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah. Bret and Lisa have three children.
