Biography:
Ryan Smith is founder and executive chairman of Qualtrics, the leader in customer experience and creator of the experience management (XM) category. He has grown the company from a basement startup to one of the fastest growing technology companies in the world. Ryan also worked in brand management for Ford Motor Company. He was named one of Fortune’s 2016 40 Under 40, a list of the most powerful, influential, and successful young people in business. Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in management from BYU. He is cofounder and board member for 5 For the Fight Foundation, a global campaign inviting everyone to donate $5 to cancer research in honor of someone who has been touched by cancer. Ryan and Ashley have five children.
