Fifteen Minute reFresh: Guided mindfulness practice designed to help you finish your day strong, leave and return home not worse for wear. No commitment necessary: “drop in” as frequently as you please. (Open to students, faculty, and staff.) “Now ye may suppose that this is foolishness in me; but behold I say unto you, that by small and simple things are great things brought to pass…” (Alma 7:6)
