CIBER

The Whitmore Global Business Center is one of sixteen Centers for International Business Education and Research (CIBERs) as designated by the U.S. Department of Education.

The CIBER program was created by Congress to increase and promote the nation’s capacity for international understanding and competitiveness. The GBC is currently in the midst of a four-year grant of more than $1.2 million that allows BYU to work with students, faculty, the community and other CIBER schools to increase global awareness of international business.
