Your Future

The majority of our EMPA graduates receive promotions or career enhancements even before they graduate. Although the program is not designed to provide direct support to students seeking career changes, most students find that the degree opens new doors.

Graduates of the EMPA program provide leadership in government, nonprofit management, social ventures, healthcare, education, and government relations. They join a vast network of fellow alumni, many of whom work locally. The alumni network is a valuable community for career development. Graduates of our program remain closely connected to the program and to each other throughout their careers.

The Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA) provides current employment and salary information for MPA graduates.
