MBA Shines in Financial Times Ranking
Program finishes at No. 1 in two ROI ranks, No. 80 overall in the world
PROVO, Utah – Jan 26, 2016 – The Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management MBA program ranked No. 1 in the United States and top 20 in the world in two different return on investment rankings announced by the Financial Times. Overall, BYU finished No. 80 in the world and No. 39 in the nation, the program’s highest finish in the Financial Times ranking since 2007.

BYU ranked in the top spot in the country and No. 10 in the world for the highest salary percentage increase, a measure of the average difference in salary for 2012 graduates before receiving their MBA compared to their current salary. The program also finished No. 1 in the US and No. 16 in the world in the value for money rank, a calculation based on salary today compared to course length, fees, lost income while pursuing the MBA degree and other costs of the program.
Overall, graduates three years out of the BYU MBA program claimed a salary average of $123,410, good for No. 23 in US and No. 41 overall. The average starting salary for BYU MBA graduates continues to rise since 2012, with a current average of almost $103,000. Meanwhile, tuition is consistently among the lowest in the nation.

The Marriott School is located at Brigham Young University, the largest privately owned, church-sponsored university in the United States. The school has nationally recognized programs in accounting, business management, entrepreneurship, finance, information systems and public management. The school’s mission is to prepare men and women of faith, character and professional ability for positions of leadership throughout the world. Approximately 3,300 students are enrolled in the Marriott School’s graduate and undergraduate programs.
