Biography:
I joined JP Morgan in July 2019 as a part of a 2.5 year commercial real estate rotational program. I rotated through 3 different tracks and was promoted 10 months early to be an underwriter on the Real Estate Banking team. As a underwriter, I was responsible for the underwriting and credit approval for term loans, construction loans, and subscription facilities ranging from $50 million to $210 million. I have recently accepted an offer to join Raintree Partners as a Sr Analyst focusing on multifamily acquisitions throughout California.
How Can You Give?
"During my senior year at BYU I was a co-president of the Real Estate Club. I helped students prepare for interviews for internships and full-time opportunities. Since graduating I continue to advise students during the interview process and how to best prepare to receive an internship or job offer. I have developed a network of real estate professionals and know firms that are willing to hire top quality talent that comes from BYU."
