Biography:
Elisabeth grew up in Rexburg, Idaho and is the oldest of seven children. She studied music as an undergrad ad BYU-Idaho and enjoyed performing and touring with the BYU choirs. Near the end of her undergraduate degree, she discovered a passion for public service and policy and completed internships in DC and Salt Lake at conservative think tanks. She then found the BYU MPA program and interned at the Church of Jesus Christ Welfare Department in her second year.
Elisabeth is now an Education Manager at One Refugee, a nonprofit that supports college students with refugee backgrounds in their pursuit of higher education. She finds joy in helping her students navigate new experiences and accomplish their goals. When she is not working, Elisabeth enjoys trail running, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
