Biography:

Scott is the HR leader for Procter & Gamble’s Global Walmart Team and the Fayetteville Customer Business Center and relocated to Northwest Arkansas in May of 2018. He has served in a variety of leadership capacities in his 15 years with P&G, covering multiple business units and disciplines for the company. He worked for nearly three years as the Compensation Design Leader in the United States, responsible for ensuring P&G’s compensation practices were competitive and aligned with the company’s principles and has significant experience in compensation, benefit, and relocation best practices. He and his wife Jessica are the parents of six children—three girls and three boys—and live in Fayetteville.
