Biography:

After completing an internship with the Air Force’s public relations department during her senior year of college, Andrea realized she wanted a career with the federal government. She obtained her first position right after graduation and has since gained several years of experience in the federal sector.

Andrea is currently working as a Contracting Officer for the Air Force. She is responsible for procuring complex supplies and services for a major weapon system. Previously, she was a Legal Administrative Specialist with the Department of Veterans Affairs. She also worked as a Community Relations Specialist at Hill Air Force Base.

Andrea graduated from Weber State University in 2007 with a BS in Journalism. She earned her MPA from BYU in 2010. Her hobbies include traveling, theater, and sports, especially BYU football. Andrea lives in Kaysville, Utah, with her husband.
